My Pristiq antidepressant experience.

My experience with Pristiq has been mixed. I can hardly feel its effects, but my mother notices a change in me. I'm unsure if my expectations are too high, as I've increased the dosage from 50mg to 100mg. It hasn't provided the motivation and energy I need to get up and start my day. Vraylar is the only medication that gives me that drive. I chose Pristiq because it aligns with my genetic profile. If you're unsure which medications suit you, I recommend taking the GeneSight test, which identifies medications compatible with your genetic makeup. I continue taking Pristiq daily because of my mother's observations. She insists she sees a significant difference, and I trust her judgment—mothers know best, after all. So, my thoughts on Pristiq? Personally, it wouldn't be my first choice, but it might work well alongside another antidepressant.
