I’ve always been a coffee head since i started my later years of college to keep me awake. But, i have an addictive personality and don’t like anything to have a one up on me. I felt that I was craving caffeine at weird hours trying to fight my body’s normal sleep hours by chugging coffee. I now replace coffee with non caffeinated tea and it has it’s benefits. First off, i’m not jittery anymore. My hands don’t shake. Secondly, I’m more calm. Thirdly, my sleep, omg i sleep like a baby angel and now I finally have a normal sleep schedule. It’s also true that when you give up something you pick up something else so i’ve been picking up health and fitness more. I used to drink copious amounts of coffee drenched with coffee creamer in it full of sugars. So that’s all folks, if you want benefits lay off the bean :).
